ASICS is finally bringing in the ASICS Walking shoes series. For the first time outside of Japan, this Walking Series is a leather shoe collection for men that was developed for any occasions, be it business or casual. They will be sold exclusively at Takashimaya Department Stores Level 3, Men’s Department.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Back in 1983, ASICS was busy reforming the running shoe industry with their unique sports performance technology. ASICS Founder, Mr Kihachiro Onitsuka wanted to translate the same into Walking Shoes. Therefore, the first pair of ASICS Walking Shoes Series was born within the same year.<\/p>\n

Now, ASICS presents PEDALA\u2122 for the savvy, modern-day gentleman. The \u201cPEDALA\u201d range was made with a scientific approach where the skeletal structure of the feet and movement were analysed prior to design, ensuring users to be in absolute comfort. The PEDALA shoes are retailing from S$230 to S$300<\/strong> with variations of blues and browns apart from the usual black and white.<\/p>\n

Another available collection from the Walking Shoes range is RUNWALK\u2122 series. The business shoes from the RUNWALK series combines fashion and functionality while providing comfort throughout the day. The RUNWALK series retails from S$250 to S$460<\/strong> with a myriad of colors including Redbrown, Dark Brown, Stone Grey, Port Royal, and Black.<\/p>\n

\u201cPEDALA\u201d means \u201cleg\u201d in Latin. The rationale behind the shoes is that they are \u201cshoes friendly for legs and walking\u201d – the shoes adopt a scientific approach in analyzing legs and walking, thereby unleashing the capability humans are born with.<\/p>\n

RUNWALK:<\/h2>\n

The RUNWALK series is named after the application of running shoes – \u201cbusiness shoes that can run\u201d. In the future, it will combine fashion and

Mr Onitsuka, strongly believed in the importance of slowing down, especially in the fast-paced, and highly interconnected society of today.<\/p>\n
