What time of the day do you usually head out to run? There are countless avid runners who head out early in the morning for a jog, but the weather in Singapore can really be gruesome sometimes. Furthermore, why would you want to force yourself to get out of bed at some outrageously early hour to hit the tracks\u00a0before you shower and put yourself together for a day job?<\/p>\n

It has been significantly proven that running at night<\/a> or in the evening has many benefits including blowing off steam and staying healthier. Some of the best races in Singapore happen in the evening and this alone is a reason why you should start running at night<\/a>. To save you time, we have compiled a list of the top upcoming night runs in Singapore for you.<\/p>\n

Run For Light 2019<\/h2>\n

Run For Light 2019 was organised in hopes to provide the passage of light for the people and create awareness for the blind and guide dogs that help them. Back by popular demands, their 1km symbolic blindfold walk was brought back to allow participants to have an opportunity to experience the light without sight.<\/p>\n
